Grant Finance Manager
Job Description
Qualifications:
· Experience with financial reporting and grant budgets. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and network systems essential to internet-based procedures.
· Proficient using basic formulas in Excel.
· Ability to work as a team and independently.
Status/Schedule:
· Full-Time:

Responsibilities:
· Review, allocate, track, and analyze all grant budgets, revenue, and expenses according to funding source and requirements.
· Provide weekly budget report to Executive Director.
· Draft the budget and justification for grant proposals in coordination with the Executive Director and Deputy Director.
· Draft the annual budget proposal in coordination with the Executive Director.
· Draft board, grant, and other requested financial reports.
· Coordinate with contractual accountant, bookkeeper, and auditor on accurate tracking in accounting software and preparation of audit materials.
· Prepare payroll allocations and track PTO per employee.
· Process insurance and benefit changes.
· Conduct employee HR onboarding and exit paperwork.
· Process bank deposits.
· Maintain salary scale.
· Maintain financial and grant files.
· Assist with finance related meetings and projects with board, funders, and others as instructed by Executive Director.
Pay: $58,444.00 - $75,583.00 per year
