We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian to join our team at Nutrire Nutrition Services. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to patients with a variety of dietary needs and restrictions
Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes
MDS section K and Care plan development
Collaborate with healthcare providers to incorporate dietetic recommendations into patient care plans
Stay current with evidence-based research and best practices in nutrition therapy
Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise and expertise
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field
Accreditation by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Licensed dietitian or DTR in FL
(1) years of experience in dietetics (Long-term care experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
