Sansone Kia is looking for a customer-focused, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our growing Kia service department. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Prepare estimates and explain repairs, costs, and timelines clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
- Process repair orders, warranty claims, and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor preferred.
- Kia dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
