Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners, pick lists, and warehouse systems with 99-100% accuracy
- Pack orders neatly and securely to Little Trouble brand standards
- Apply shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments
- Replenish pick bins and assist with inventory organization
- Assist with receiving inbound inventory and restocking products
- Perform quality checks on products and orders before shipment
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and daily productivity goals
- Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy when needed
- Assist with returns processing and restocking
- Work collaboratively with warehouse leads and team members during peak volume periods
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or pick/pack experience required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high productivity expectations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse technology
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump into different tasks as needed
- Must be 18 years or older
Required Experience
- Shopify fulfillment or e-commerce warehouse experience
- RF scanner and WMS experience
- Apparel or soft goods fulfillment experience is a HUGE bonus
- Experience during high-volume seasonal peaks
Schedule
- Full-time Monday-Friday
- Day shift with occasional overtime during launches, promotions, and holiday peak periods
- Weekend availability may occasionally be required

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
