Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced mason/concrete finisher who knows their craft and can take the lead on job sites. You should be confident working with brick, block, and concrete, take pride in your work, and have the patience and professionalism to train apprentices and help them grow. This is a hands-on position with room to move up.
Responsibilities
- Handle all types of brickwork, blockwork, and concrete finishing
- Lead and train apprentices and laborers on-site
- Read and follow plans, specs, and drawings
- Keep the job site organized, productive, and safe
- Communicate with the operations team and report progress daily
- Take care of tools, materials, and company vehicles
- Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in masonry or concrete work
- Strong knowledge of setting forms, pouring, finishing, and repairs
- Ability to lead a small crew and teach others
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
- OSHA 10 preferred (not required)
