Position Overview
The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities for small-scale and special projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate subcontractors, communicate with stakeholders, and drive project success from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction operations for multiple small and special projects

Manage project schedules, sequencing, and daily coordination of subcontractors

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and design teams

Oversee site logistics, materials management, and inspections

Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project timelines

Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation

Mentor field staff and promote a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Proven experience managing small-scale or special projects (renovations, tenant improvements, fast-track work, etc.)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency with construction technology and reporting tools
