Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living environments
- Clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and vents to maintain a dust-free environment
- Handle manual tasks like heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently
- Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies while adhering to safety standards
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments promptly
- Follow housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistent quality across all residences
- Perform outdoor work including patio cleaning or yard tidying when required
Experience
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with janitorial or custodial procedures enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service
- Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, or hotel housekeeping is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work comfortably
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning equipment is beneficial
- Time management skills are essential for scheduling efficiency and punctuality
