Job Purpose
As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Care Coordinator plays a vital role in providing compassionate, individualized non-medical care to patients at Aspire Women’s Clinic. This role supports each client’s emotional, spiritual, and material well-being by conducting intakes with abortion-determined and abortion-minded patients, practicing active listening, and offering life-affirming resources. Through both word and action, the Care Coordinator demonstrates the mercy and love of Jesus Christ, while collaborating with the clinical staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support in an atmosphere of warmth, compassion, and respect.
- Conduct client intakes and assess needs, adjusting care based on each client’s situation and pace.
- Share accurate information about pregnancy options.
- Offer appropriate resources, referrals, and material assistance.
- Confidently and sensitively share the Gospel of Jesus Christ as an integrated component of patient care and support.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records.
- Provide follow-up support according to clinic guidelines.
- Assist with additional clinic needs as required.
- Attend staff meetings and required training.

- Familiar with Scripture related to the sanctity of life, forgiveness, and salvation.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Team-oriented and loyal to the mission and leadership of the organization.
