Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type
- Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail options to boost sales and client loyalty
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling retail sales with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, barbering
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber
- Experience in retail sales with an understanding of retail math to maximize product upselling opportunities
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to cosmetology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and collaborate within a team environment
