Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused IT Support & Client Services Technician to join our team. This role is a mix of technical support and client interaction — perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems while working directly with people.
You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting business clients both remotely, in-store, and on-site, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (in-store, remote, and on-site)
- Support Microsoft 365 (user setup, email configuration, licensing, MFA, etc.)
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and related equipment
- Document all work clearly in the ticketing system (notes, time, resolution)
- Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
- Prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently
- Assist with onboarding new clients and system setups
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces (bench and storefront)

Technical Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Basic networking (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
- Remote support tools (Splashtop, etc.)
- Hardware diagnostics and repair
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
