Construction Project Manager
The DNH Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Project Managers throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals looking to develop leadership, sales, and project management experience while helping grow a rapidly expanding residential and commercial services company.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, providing estimates, building and managing your own team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
This role combines sales, leadership, operations, and project management into one growth-focused position with substantial earning potential for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to discuss project needs and company services.
- Generate leads and schedule estimates for residential and commercial projects.
- Work alongside management to recruit, develop, and lead your own team.
- Provide estimates and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate and oversee projects from start to completion.
- Work alongside crews in the field as needed to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Build brand awareness throughout local communities through networking, outreach, and marketing efforts.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Available to work a minimum of 20–25 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation required (assistance may be available).
- Smartphone or mobile device required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow personally and professionally.

Compensation
Hourly + Commission + Team Performance Compensation
Project Managers earn income through multiple channels:
- Personal sales commissions.
- Additional 15% management compensation on qualified sales generated by their team.
- $20 per hour while actively working alongside crews and overseeing project fulfillment.
- Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.
Expected Earnings: $2,500 - $25,000+ per month
Expected Hours: 20–40 hours per week
