Shuttle Driver & Guest Services (Full Time or Part Time)
Job Summary

As a Shuttle Driver & Guest Services, you will play an integral role in creating exceptional first and last impressions by providing safe, professional transportation while delivering genuine hospitality at every interaction.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, takes pride in providing outstanding service, and understands that every conversation, every detail, and every arrival contributes to a world-class experience. In addition to transportation responsibilities, you will support the Guest Services team by assisting with arrivals, departures, valet operations, luggage handling, and various hospitality needs throughout the property.
Responsibilities
Transportation
- Safely transport members, guests, and team members between Childress Hall, the private airport, lodging accommodations, and other designated locations.
- Operate passenger vans, SUVs, golf carts, and other club vehicles safely and professionally.
- Ensure all transportation is timely, comfortable, and reflective of Childress Hall's service standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentation-ready vehicles at all times.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and coordinate routine inspections.
Guest Services
- Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and storing luggage and golf clubs with exceptional care.
- Support valet operations and maintain organized arrival and departure areas.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful assistance throughout their visit.
- Maintain professional, engaging conversation while respecting each guest's preferences for interaction and privacy.
Property Support
- Transport team members safely across the property using golf carts as operational needs require.
- Assist with various Guest Services responsibilities to support daily operations and elevate the overall member experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and transportation logistics.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable operating passenger vans, SUVs, and golf carts.
- Ability to safely lift and transport luggage, golf clubs, and other guest belongings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Friendly, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
