$$Hourly +monthly commission
$17/ per hour + commissions (commissions average between an additional $3-$20/more per hour based on your own sales performance!)
Dollar/Thrifty are looking for Customer Service Agents to deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers, who have been coming back year after year! You will assist customers with making sure their vehicles are ready for them, and helping them return with they are finished. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:
- Strong communication skills over a walkie
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
- Ability to work outside when needed, in winter conditions
- Ability to answer the phones with great customer service skills.
- Ability to work on a computer/i-pad device.
What you will do:
- Welcome customers as they arrive at the Dollar/Thrifty counter and treat them with the best customer experience.
- Renting out vehicles to customers, with the proper sales training approach, to earn additional commissions and sales.
- Assist with moving our rental fleet to the correct locations to accommodate customers, prior to arrivals.
- Greet and assist customers upon return with assistance directing them to the correct area and providing directions when necessary.
- Check vehicle for damages on incoming vehicles and assist customer in return process on phone, I-pad, or computer, as well as report of any new damage incidences.
- Answer and assist customers over the phone
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs
About you:
- Customer service experience required
- Must be at least 16 and have a valid driver's license (weekend shifts are required and some evenings 4pm-9pm)
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Ability to work 25-40 hours per week
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus
Additional Information
Both part time and full time help needed, must have a flexible schedule and willing to work weekends.
