What You’ll Do
- Execute high-quality dishes during service with precision and consistency
- Work multiple stations, including rotisserie, grill, sauté, pantry, and prep
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and DOH standards
- Maintain organization, mise en place, and station readiness
- Follow recipes and plating guides to ensure consistent quality
- Support team communication and a positive work environment
- Participate in ongoing menu training and tastings
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years line cook experience preferred
- A passion for Mediterranean/Levantine flavors and scratch cooking
- Proven reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Great communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Weekend availability

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
