The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including:

Rooftop units (RTUs)

Split systems
-
Heat pumps
-
Boilers
-
Chillers
-
Cooling towers
-
VAV systems
-
Building controls
This position works directly with customers to identify solutions, perform repairs, and ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

Perform preventive maintenance, start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.

Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions.

Complete service documentation using company-provided mobile devices.
-
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience.
-
EPA/CFC Certification.
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
-
Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
-
Experience with chillers, boilers, and controls is a plus.
