Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll partner with a collaborative team of administrators and business partners to support daily operations, employee experiences, and workplace needs.

What You’ll Do
- Support workplace operations by managing equipment orders through internal ordering systems, tracking inventory, and distributing supplies as needed
- Help create a great employee experience by preparing new hire desk setups, ordering nameplates, and ensuring new team members have what they need on day one
- Coordinate team lunches, maintain snack areas, and support workplace events and activities
- Manage conference room calendars and scheduling needs
- Provide administrative support to team leaders, including potential calendar management responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals to deliver seamless on-site support
- Handle multiple priorities with a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of administrative experience supporting teams in a professional environment
- A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and enjoys solving problems
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience with calendar management, employee onboarding support, equipment ordering, and event coordination
- Familiarity with workplace collaboration tools such as Keynote, Slack, and calendar platforms
