Clearsteps ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-12 across New Jersey and Missouri. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team's mission to help children with autism develop meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills.
About the Role:
As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver structured, compassionate care in the comfort of our clients' natural environments. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing ABA therapy plans in accordance with clients' individual goals and needs
Collecting data and maintaining accurate records of client progress
Providing in-home support to clients and their families
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment for clients
Adhering to Clearsteps ABA's policies, procedures, and quality standards
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to clients in their natural environments
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Requirements:
0 years of experience as an RBT
Must be certified or willing to become RBT certified within months of hire
Must be able to pass a thorough background check and obtain necessary state certifications
