About the Role We are looking for a certified or certification-in-progress Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to a child in the North Denver/Federal Heights area. This is a part-time position offering consistent, stable hours Monday through Friday.
Schedule & Hours
- Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- 30 hours per week
- Hours vary by client placement
- In-home setting (client's residence in the North Denver/80260 area)
Compensation
- $25–$32 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect accurate data on client progress during each session
- Follow the individualized treatment plan as designed
- Maintain professional communication with the supervising BCBA and family
- Complete session notes in a timely manner
Requirements
- Active RBT certification OR currently in the process of obtaining RBT certification
- Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation to client's home in the North Denver area
- Strong data collection skills
- Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule
