Hey All, we are looking for a FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE for our lovely, lakeside inn in Lee. The position would start training immediately, 3-4 times a week, and then be 3-4 shifts per week once training is completed. Our inn is the highest rated inn in Lee, and is built around a theme of kindness: kindness to guests, and kindness among our teammates. Our inn is absolutely lovely, with a great vibe and amazing views. We, as the owners, try to foster kindness at all times but we also run a tight ship, with clear rules, checklists and policies which we stick to, and we have zero tolerance for yelling, short tempers, sexism, sexual harassment, racism, ageism, or any other 'isms". Here is a quick description of each position:
FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE: We are not a "normal" inn. We greet guests like grandma welcoming you as a kid at Thanksgiving; with warmth, kindness, a lovely drink and a warm brownie. Our front desk associates need to enjoy engaging with guests, they must be reasonably capable on a computer, and be pro-active -- lots to do, and it needs to get done. Our front desk associates often help serve breakfast in the morning, they check guests in and out, help guests with any requests, inspect rooms, and, in short, help run the inn. Shifts are typically 8 am to 3 or 4 pm, OR, 3 or 4 pm to 9 pm. Please only apply if you can work both of these shifts, and can work weekdays and weekends (it's okay if there is a specific day or two you can't work, but both "off" days can't be weekend days). We are looking for someone 3-4 shifts per week. Pay is $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience. Some tips as well.
