Job Summary
Golden Arcus International is seeking a detail-oriented Customs Entry Specialist to support the daily customs clearance process for import shipments. This role will assist with document preparation, data entry, compliance review, shipment tracking, and communication with brokers, carriers, and customers.
This position requires strong accuracy, compliance awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced import environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and organize entry documentation for import shipments
Coordinate with customs brokers and internal teams to ensure customs clearance requirements are met
Assist with ISF filing, entry data, and HTS classification support
Communicate with trucking companies, warehouses, and carriers to track cargo status
Review and update shipment data in internal systems
Assist with compliance checks to ensure information accuracy
Complete filing, scanning, and archiving of customs documentation
Support customers with shipment status updates and exceptions
Monitor release status and follow up on delays, holds, or requests from CBP
Assist with billing, cost entry, and duty/tax review
Qualifications
Experience with customs entry or import documentation preferred
Basic understanding of HTS, ISF, CBP, and import terminology helpful
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong computer skills (Excel / email / document editing)
English required; Mandarin strongly preferred

Hourly pay: $21 – $27 based on experience
