A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant to provide clinical oversight and support across multiple facilities throughout Pennsylvania.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for partnering with facility Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and clinical teams to drive quality outcomes, maintain regulatory compliance, and strengthen clinical operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in skilled nursing leadership and is comfortable supporting multiple buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support across multiple skilled nursing facilities
- Mentor and support Directors of Nursing and nursing leadership teams
- Monitor Quality Measures, rehospitalizations, and clinical performance indicators
- Conduct clinical audits and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance across facilities
- Assist with plans of correction and survey response initiatives
- Support staffing, retention, and clinical leadership development efforts
- Partner with operational leadership to improve resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Prior Regional Nurse Consultant experience preferred
- Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
- Strong survey and regulatory background
- Experience supporting multiple facilities preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania as needed
