Job Summary
This is a position within the maintenance department. This employee should be able to handle all tasks maintenance and equipment relate.This position will work closely with the General Manager of the facility in all aspects of the role. The duties of this position is to daily care of all air conditioning and humidity equipment of the building.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Environmental Control: Work with General Manager to monitor and manage environment conditions, including lighting, humidity and airflow, to optimize equipment health specifically for facility nursery, veg rooms and building.
- Building Equipment Management: Implement proactive control measures, conducting regular inspections to maintain equipment health. Responsible for the general maintenance work and maintaining the cleanliness of the common area on the interior and the exterior of the property. Ability to diagnose both mechanical and electrical systems for dehumidifier and air conditioning equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance: ensure all operations meet state and local regulations, maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting. Proficiency in electrical codes and standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Research & Integrate innovation propagation techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Willingness to learn best practices of electrical and maintenance, with a strong interest in cannabis operating systems
- Additional job duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age: 21 years of age
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with state and local regulation
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in a related field OR industry-recognized training or education in a related field
- Good Practices knowledge and experience preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
