Our Richmond clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services for a diverse orthopedic population, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular disorders, and performance enhancement. You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, utilize evidence-based interventions, and help patients return to the activities they love. At H2 Health, we prioritize quality care by providing strong administrative support, AI-powered documentation technology, and manageable caseload expectations, allowing you to focus on what matters most: your patients.
Your Role

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Accurately document patient care using AI-powered Scribe documentation technology.

Foster a positive, compassionate, and patient-focused clinical experience.

Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
