Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of public areas including floors, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms using appropriate cleaning equipment and methods.
- Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) and hotel emergency procedures.
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workspace organization.
- Maintain sanitation standards by vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
- Follow safety protocols during chemical handling and industrial cleaning processes to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Support hotel housekeeping management by assisting with sanitation tasks in public spaces and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Experience
- Experience handling cleaning equipment and chemical agents safely while maintaining sanitation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest interactions and team collaboration.
