Position: Day Camp Office Manager
Location: Camp Wing Day Camp (Duxbury, MA)

WHO YOU ARE:
- You are 20 years or older and you have a background at working camp or working with youth
- You have the ability to support the physical/social/emotional needs of youth aged 5-15
- You must be able to assist campers in an emergency situation and possess the endurance required to maintain full-day outdoor supervision of young people
- You are able to provide exceptional confidentiality, communication, leadership, and collaboration
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Take charge of camp logistics, managing everything from smooth camper arrivals and departures to real-time communication with parents, ensuring a seamless experience for all
- Attend a Leadership Team Summit and Training (prior to camp starting)
- Lead engaging and impactful training sessions for all staff during pre-camp orientation, helping set the stage for an amazing camp experience
- Assisting with the camper registration process, keeping things organized and efficient, and track daily attendance to keep camp running smoothly
- Be the point of contact for parents—responding to calls and emails with professionalism and care while collaborating with directors to address any concerns and keep parents informed and reassured
- Take charge of ordering and managing supplies, ensuring everything is ready for smooth and successful camp operations
- Collaborate with the Camp Wing Day Camp (CWDC) Leadership Team to maintain a vibrant, organized environment—overseeing spaces, supporting camper experiences, and ensuring smooth transitions during arrivals, departures, and activities
- Standard Day Camp Office Hours are Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Pay: $600 per week.
