DENTALEZ, one of the leading dental equipment manufacturers in the country, is hiring for a Set-Up CNC Swiss Screw Operator in Lancaster, PA.
If you have at least 3 years of CNC Machine Set-Up experience on Swiss Screw machines, DENTALEZ wants to hear from you!

Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Work within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail
- Understanding of programming with the ability to make necessary adjustments at start up to produce nominal parts
- Possess the ability to interpret part drawing and GD&T requirements
- Must have solid understanding of inspection and gaging techniques utilizing measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug and ring gages
- Possess a mechanical ability and aptitude to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on Star and Citizen CNC Screw Machines
- Understanding of tooling required for the CNC processes
- Make complete set up, including loading of program, checking, and positioning of fixtures and cutting tools, and offset programming adjustments
