Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Picker / Packer to join our production team.
This position includes measuring fabric graphics, picking and packing orders, and preparing products for shipping.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule
Part-time
Monday – Friday
(4 hours per day)
Responsibilities
Measure fabric graphics and check sizes
Pick and sort production orders
Pack orders and prepare shipments
Label and organize packages for shipping
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Report damaged materials to the manager
Assist with general production tasks as needed
Requirements
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must be able to use a PC and basic computer programs
Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
Ability to communicate clearly with management staff
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Ability to work in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision
Must be reliable with good attendance
Positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to help the team
Ability to properly document production work when required
Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to move and organize boxes and materials
