Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if time off does not fall on or near a holiday, and a maximum of 3 days if it does

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO during the holiday period must be spread out — consecutive holiday days will not be approved
