Job Overview

Duties
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety regulations
- Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, providing clear guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance
- Coordinate cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and industrial cleaning tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment to optimize operational efficiency
- Enforce safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a secure work environment
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive team atmosphere
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management with a focus on quality standards
- Supervising or team management experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to janitorial services and chemical handling
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Familiarity with laundry operations and hospitality industry standards is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and inventories
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
