Education/Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active certificate to practice as an CNA in California.
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with assisting clients/residents with activities of daily living and taking vital signs.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic life support and assist with patient care tasks such as ADLs.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and physiology in patient interactions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to provide optimal patient service.
