Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to residential and commercial locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and minimize delays
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with clear communication skills
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs, receipts, and inventory records
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues promptly, and ensure the vehicle remains clean and organized
Experience
- Proven delivery roles with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Knowledge of route driving techniques to optimize delivery schedules efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, communication skills, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
- Experience in sales or upselling products is a plus
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly during deliveries
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
