Manufacturing Engineer-Injection Molding
We are looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to our team of employee-owners for our facility in Lebanon, KY.
Responsibilities:

Working closely with multiple departments to oversee and integrate new and continuous improvement projects, work cell layouts, automation cells, build product and process validation, and development of work instructions

Customer support and product/process improvements

Packaging validation & testing
-
Setting up B.O.M.’s
-
Tracking Maintenance & Tooling Work Orders

Coordinating samples for new projects & tooling
-
Handling & tracking engineering change orders
-
Assisting in ordering of new & replacement equipment
-
Overseeing and integrating new and continuous improvement projects, work cell layouts, automation cells, build product and process validation, and development of work instructions.

Customer support and product/process improvements.
Requirements:
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Working knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks preferred)

Structured approach to problem solving
-
Documentation in an ISO environment
-
Excellent project tracking and organizational skills
-
PLC & Automation Experience
-
Hands-on experience in quoting and purchasing equipment and materials for production needs
Education/Experience:
-
2-4 year Technical or Related Degree or Previous Experience preferred
