Our client is a multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization serving medically underserved communities across Los Angeles, seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their team. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and delivers care to a diverse patient population. Physicians work alongside an integrated care team that includes primary care physicians, specialists, advanced practice providers, behavioral health clinicians, and dental professionals.
Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in person, outpatient
Compensation: $290,000 to $300,000 per year
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions. This role delivers preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management, and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care. The physician maintains accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system, participates in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs, and educates patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team oriented mindset
- Experience working with underserved or medically vulnerable populations
- Experience with electronic health record systems
- Experience in population health or quality improvement programs
