We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to manage front office responsibilities and provide exceptional support to employees and guests. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smoothly operating office environment and coordinating company events.

Serve as the primary on-site contact, welcoming guests and supporting employee needs.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment, managing supplies and upkeep for both office locations.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office maintenance and issue resolution.

Execute recurring and special company engagement events in collaboration with HR.

Support logistics for onboarding and interviews, including access setup and site preparedness for new hires.

Manage badge and keycard access, assist with security systems, and ensure building compliance.

Track office supplies and expenses to facilitate accurate budgeting and ordering.

Oversee office organization and space setup to meet team needs.

Communicate office updates through internal channels effectively.

Resolve facilities and IT issues on-site in coordination with relevant teams.

Manage office priorities and adapt to operational changes, supporting additional locations as necessary.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and office logistics.

Experience with onboarding processes and security systems administration.

1-3 years in office coordination, administrative roles, hospitality, customer service, or operations.
M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
