What You'll Do
As a Closet Design & Sales Consultant, you'll guide clients through every step of the design process—from the initial consultation to the final installation.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners.
- Work with qualified leads provided by the company—no cold calling required.
- Listen to clients' needs and create functional, beautiful custom storage solutions.
- Design custom closets, garages, pantries, home offices, entertainment centers, and other organizational spaces.
- Prepare professional design presentations and proposals.
- Build strong relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.
- Manage projects from initial consultation through installation while providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with our engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the Classy Closets brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications
- Required: Experience in custom closet design, cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, or related custom home products.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience using CAD or closet design software preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to accurately measure spaces and create functional designs.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
