Pay Range: $70k to $75k per year (DOE)
Shift: Inquire about shift availability
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize warehouse workflows, staffing, and schedules to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assign, monitor, and evaluate employee work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory activities, receiving operations, product database maintenance, and accurate outbound shipping.
- Provide training, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and corrective action to associates.
- Manage employee timekeeping, accountability, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving employee concerns and maintaining team engagement.
- Support safety initiatives, participate in safety programs and committees, and promote safe work practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing process enhancements.
- Communicate instructions, operational updates, and expectations effectively to team members.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution, or related operations experience.
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Ability to manage change, improve processes, and build effective working relationships.
- Strong business acumen, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
