Corporate Recruiter - Revival Windows
Pay: $50,000–$84,000 per year + Monthly Bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, 2-3 later days / week

We are hiring a Corporate Recruiter to play a key role in building that culture. This person will be responsible for finding, attracting, and onboarding top-tier door-to-door sales representatives who align with our values and vision. This role goes beyond just filling positions, it’s about identifying individuals with leadership potential, strong character, and a desire to grow within a high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate understands the door-to-door sales world and knows what it takes to succeed. They are passionate about people, take ownership of their results, and are excited about mentoring and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media
- Conduct initial phone screens and virtual interviews
- Communicate role expectations, compensation, and growth opportunities
- Manage candidate pipeline and follow-up
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Track hiring numbers and retention
Qualifications
- Door-to-door sales experience required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- ATS tracking experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple candidates
- Passion for helping others succeed
Compensation & Bonus
- Base salary: $50,000–$84,000
- Monthly bonus based on:
- Number of hires per month/week
- Retention/turnover metrics
