We are seeking an experienced and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and oversight to associate-level clinicians in a fully remote environment. This flexible 1099 contractor position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys supporting professional development, ensuring clinical excellence, and maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while working independently from anywhere.
The Clinical Supervisor will provide individual and/or group supervision, review clinical documentation, support case consultations, and assist clinicians in developing their clinical skills and professional growth.

Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision sessions.

Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Guide clinicians in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.

Support clinicians with complex cases, crisis management, and ethical decision-making.

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies.

Monitor documentation quality and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain supervision records and required documentation.

Participate in occasional clinical meetings and consultations as needed.

Foster a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment for supervisees.

Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the applicable state(s).

Eligible to provide clinical supervision according to state board requirements.

Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
