Job Description: Full-time litigation assistant position at a longstanding vibrant and fast-paced full-service central Orange County law firm, with room to grow, learn, and interact in a top-notch professional environment.
Duties will include working closely with and assisting one to two lawyers and paralegals in the preparation of pleadings and discovery, assisting in preparation for depositions and trial as well as processing and filing of various documents, overseeing service, calendaring and monitoring hearing dates.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-time litigation assistant or similar position performing the above job duties, be tech savvy, Windows and Excel-skilled and capable of quickly adapting to the Firm’s paperless systems and programs, have great organizational skills, ability to multi-task, self-motivator, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and help wherever needed. Must be a dedicated professional with a positive attitude, and professional appearance.

- California Notary qualification a plus.
