Job Summary:
The Crew member serves as primary support for the Test Hole Crew Chief.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utility Locating (Test Holes) by vacuum excavation.
- Preparation of the vacuum excavating equipment and fleet vehicles each morning.
- Cleanup and restoration of the vacuum excavating equipment and fleet vehicles each afternoon.
- Drive and operate work vehicles and new equipment (Vacuum Excavation Trucks).
- Field work being performed will also involve physical labor, walking, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching on various jobs sites which will include constructions sites and active roadways.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- One (1) year experience with test hole/vacuum excavation, preferred.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- In this role, you must either have a valid DOT card or be capable of passing the exam to obtain one.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check for secure job sites.
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.
