Job Summary

Duties

- Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
- Familiarity with dietary department requirements and catering services is a plus.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
