At Club Clean, our biggest bottleneck isn't finding clients; it's finding great people to serve those clients. We are looking for our Manager of Talent & Culture (The Evangelist). You are the ultimate hype machine and gatekeeper for our company. You don't just recruit staff—you sell them on our vision, guide them through their career milestones, and throw company events so incredible that even our clients show up to celebrate.
What You Will Own
1. The Hunt (Recruiting & Onboarding) You treat recruiting like a high-performance sales funnel. You will live in Go High Level, hit the streets for local networking, and host our weekly Group Interviews. Your goal is to keep our applicant costs ruthlessly low ($5 or less) and our interview show rates high (15%+). You weed out the unaligned early, so our Operations team only meets A-Players.
2. The Hype (Culture & Events) You are the architect of our company vibe. You will design, promote, and host all-company events. Your goal is for both the team and the clients to participate live. You will help bridge the gap between our frontline workers and the clients they serve.
3. The Path (Career Progression) We don't just offer jobs; we offer careers. You will quarterback our Cleaner Growth Path, tracking and celebrating our team members as they hit their milestones—from their 30-day "Bacon Club" to their 3-year "Mentor Club." When they win, you make sure they are recognized, celebrated, and compensated.

- An Event Mastermind: You know how to throw a great party, build a killer vibe, and get people excited to attend.
- Data-Driven: You don't make decisions based on feelings. You live in the spreadsheets, updating staffing levels and tracking pipeline metrics daily.
- Highly Communicative: You are comfortable speaking in front of groups, hosting virtual meetings, and delivering 10-minute personal development talks to the team.
