The Greeter is responsible for welcoming and directing guests, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Greeter will be the first point of contact for visitors and must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Take restaurant reservations
- General cashiering duties depending on shift
- Review reservations and coordinate seating for shift
- Escort guests to thier tables
- Answer inquiries and provide information about the organization
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Answer phones and direct to appropriate individual
- Collaborate with other staff to insure seamless guest experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this role, with limited tolerance for unplanned absences or last-minute call-offs
