Looking for a Registered Nurse to do conduct field visits in the Greater Los Angeles area for a home health agency.
Job Details
- Must be caring and attentive to patients when providing in-home care
- Must have great communication skills to report patient conditions to office staff
- Must chart in a timely manner according to local/federal guidelines
- Must submit route sheets in a timely manner
- Participation in monthly in-services (available through digital platforms)
Requirements
- Home health experience preferred, but orientation available if no experience.
- Proof of current and active license in California, physical exam, chest x-ray/PPD, auto insurance, CPR license, and driver's license
- Knowledge of OASIS, but orientation available if questions arise
- Spanish speaking
