Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Car Wash Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning services. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff members, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure all cleaning procedures meet safety regulations and industry standards for industrial cleaning and custodial services
- Oversee staff scheduling, task delegation, and workflow management to optimize productivity
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including vehicle detailing, interior cleaning, and exterior washing using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Enforce safety protocols to protect employees and customers while adhering to health regulations and environmental guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, supplies, and work areas to ensure quality control and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising teams in a commercial cleaning or janitorial environment, preferably within the automotive or hospitality sectors
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, laundry services, and custodial practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and foster a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, chemical handling, and equipment use
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Previous management experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers while maintaining a positive attitude
