YOUTH CENTER PROJECT – HARRIS COUNTY
- DEM Power Group is actively seeking an experienced Lead Journeyman Electrician for a major long-term Youth Center project in Harris County, Texas.
We are looking for a strong leader who can read and understand plans, manage crews in the field, coordinate workflow, and perform high-voltage electrical work. This project includes extensive commercial lighting installation, panel change-outs, underground and overhead electrical work, and coordination with multiple trades on-site.
This is a long-term commercial project expected to last a minimum of 4–6 months, with additional projects and continued work opportunities available afterward for the right candidate.
Pay:
$44.00 Per Hour
Project Scope Includes:
- Commercial lighting installation
- High-voltage panel change-outs
- Running and managing electrical crews
- Reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications
- Underground and overhead electrical work
- Coordination with project management and other trades
- Maintaining safety and production standards on-site
Requirements:
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician
- High-voltage experience REQUIRED
- Experience leading commercial electrical crews
- Must understand commercial electrical plans and blueprints
- Experience with lighting systems and panel installations
- Must be reliable, dependable, and safety focused
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be ready to start immediately
