Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must possess:
- Prior Peace Officer experience
- Valid California Guard Card
- Valid Exposed Firearm Permit (for armed positions)
- Valid Baton Permit
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Ability to pass an extensive background investigation
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct patrols and security inspections
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Control access to restricted areas
- Complete detailed reports and documentation
- Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and the public
- Enforce site policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Military, law enforcement, corrections, or public safety background
- Experience working in secure facilities or government environments
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
