What You’ll Do
- Safely deliver and pick up medical equipment and supplies
- Set up equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities
- Teach patients and caregivers how to properly use equipment
- Clean, disinfect, and inspect equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Provide a positive, professional experience for every customer interaction
- Accurately document deliveries, services, and customer information
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to lift and move 75+ lbs and handle large equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in delivery, healthcare, or customer-facing roles
- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude
- Experience working in patient homes or healthcare environments

Work Environment & Schedule
This role includes warehouse work, driving, and in-home or facility-based customer interactions. You can expect a full-time schedule with variability based on daily delivery routes and workload.
