Executive Client Relations Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced, personable, and highly organized Executive Client Relations professional to join our established team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and making a positive difference in the lives of clients and caregivers. Working closely with our Assistant Director of Client Affairs, you’ll play an important role in helping families find dependable care while supporting our team in a welcoming, collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist with onboarding new clients and establishing care needs and schedules
● Communicate with caregivers regarding available client opportunities
● Assist existing clients with requests for replacement caregivers
● Prepare client and caregiver referral agreements
● Assist with caregiver registration and ensure caregiver credentials remain current.
● Assist with day-to-day office needs and help ensure a smooth client experience
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has strong customer service and client-relations experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through while managing multiple priorities. A warm, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help others are essential. Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, or client services is a plus. Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
$22/hour during approximately 4 weeks of training$24/hour upon successful completion of training
We offer a flexible work schedule and attractive paid time off. Health insurance is not currently offered.
