What You'll Do
As a Contact Center Agent, you will:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries
✅ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
✅ Assist with order changes, cancellations, and delivery updates
✅ Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
✅ Provide product information and support to customers
✅ Build positive relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience
✅ Maintain knowledge of products and services through ongoing training
✅ Meet team performance goals and customer service metrics
✅ Support additional customer service initiatives as assigned
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ At least 1 year of customer service experience
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Comfortable interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat
✔ Basic Microsoft Office skills
✔ Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
✔ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience
⭐ Contact Center or Call Center experience
⭐ Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing service experience
⭐ Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
⭐ Experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
⭐ Ability to quickly learn new technology and software platforms
